Robert Fryling offers us a new way to think of our leadership goals and values. He says that leadership has more in common with an ellipse with two focal points that a bull's-eye with a single target. He calls Christian leaders to embrace the fullness of our calling - our internal relationship with God and our external relationship with others - to find an authentic, integrated way to lead. there is life beyond the bull's-eye.
